Our base package includes assistance when hosting a wedding on  private property and gives you access to a wedding planners advise throughout the planning stages. It is suitable for brides who are short on time or coming from interstate for a destination wedding and is ideal for the bride who needs help bringing their dream wedding to life. This service is available at the brides chosen venue throughout South East QLD, Byron Bay & Yamba NSW.

• Oversee styling, table setup and floral arrangements at reception

● Help with budget management and sourcing alternative options

• Correspond with hair and makeup artists and wedding

celebrant to ensure the bride and bridal party is ready on time for the ceremony

• Liaise with catering staff and bar staff to ensure efficiency throughout the event

• Ensuring all guests not staying at the property have left the venue at reception close to avoid extra charges from venue*

• Dealing with on the day wedding issues should they arise

• Coordination of pack down team

Cost – $2,200* + rubbish removal costs if required*
